Camping Trip

Estimados padres,

Estamos muy emocionados de tener a su estudiante acampando con nosotros. Queremos asegurarnos de que tenga toda la información que necesita para este viaje.

*NO HAY RECEPCION DE CELLULAR EN EL SITIO DE ACAMPAR*

• Estaremos acampando en Chapman Campground, se encuentra pasando el embalse de Ruedi en Basalt.
• Nos reuniremos en Stepping Stones a las 12 p.m. (mediodía) y almorzaremos
• Saldremos de Stepping Stones a las 1:30 p.m. y llegaremos a nuestro campamento alrededor de las 2:00 p.m.
• El jueves volveremos a Stepping Stones a las 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (hora de recogida)
• Los niños y las niñas tendrán carpas separadas, los chaperones/personal adultos estarán en cada campamento en carpas separadas para garantizar la seguridad de todos los participantes.
• Se les pedirá a los participantes que traigan una bolsa con los siguientes artículos
  • (usa ropa y zapatos que no te importe mojar o ensuciar)
  • Bolsa de dormir y almohada y cobija/manta (ESTARA FRIO)
  • Ropa extra y Traje de baño
  • Zapatos resistentes
  • Productos de higiene (cepillo de dientes, desodorante, etc.)
  • Botella de agua

Opcional:

• Linterna
• Repelente de insectos

Dear Parents,

We are so excited to have your student camping with us. We want to ensure you have all the information you need for this trip.

*THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE @ THE CAMPSITE*

• We will be camping at the Chapman Campground, it is located passing the Ruedi Reservoir in Basalt
• We will be meeting at Stepping Stones @ 12 pm (noon) & having Lunch
• We will be leaving Stepping Stones @ 1:30 pm & we will be arriving at our campsite around 2:00 pm
• On Thursday We will be back at stepping stones @ 8 – 9am (pick up time)
• Boys and Girls will have separate tents, Adult chaperones/staff will be at each campsite in separate tents to ensure the safety of all participants.
• Participants will be asked to bring a bag with the following items 
  • (wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind Getting wet/dirty)
  • Sleeping Bag & Pillow & Blanket (IT WILL BE COLD)
  • Extra Clothes & Swim Suit
  • Sturdy Shoes
  • Toiletries ( ToothBrush, Deodorant, etc.)
  • Refillable Water bottle

• Flashlight
• Bug Spray
